General.
Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! Hereby notifies, that it acts only in the capacity of agent for the passengers and customers in all matters related to travel on the expressed conditions that Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! Shall not become liable for any delay, loss or accident incurred by every service or event booked with us. This includes consequential damages.
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the well being of the customer or for any reason whatsoever to alter confirmed arrangements, such alterations may be without penalty to Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! The renter, if any, shall pay additional expenses.
Neither Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! Nor the customer nor any other supplier shall be liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, strikes, labor disputes, work stoppage, fire, or acts of the public enemy, nor for any cause beyond the control of the supplier or Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de!
Reservation Agreement.
Under the terms of this program we accept by email, phone or fax your Reservation Request. At the time of our confirmation all Terms and Conditions of this agreement will be established between the customer and the rental location and no agreement is made or assigned between the renter and the Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de!

Article 5 The contract only becomes definite between Dreams2Rent and “Client’s name” once “Client’s name” has returned the general and specific conditions of the contract, duly dated and signed, with the mention “Good For Acceptance” and the company stamp.
Article 6 - Any order by the client and accepted by Dreams2Rent must be contracted according the following conditions whose terms are fully read and accepted by “Client’s name”.
Payment and Rates.
All reservations will be confirmed by email to the email address specified to Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! At the time of booking. On the invoices we will advise of payment procedures and terms and conditions.
Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! Does charge its own special or extra fees of a certain percentage of the total price for making reservations and using our services through Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! All fees, terms and conditions are those of the supplier. All our rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are not quoted on our web site and will depend upon customer's requests; they are subject to change without prior notice.Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of your reservation.
Crewed & Luxury Yacht Charter
The booking deposit is 50% of the crewed or luxury yacht charter vacation holiday price plus holiday insurance premiums in full. The balance of 50% and security deposit is due two months before departure.
Cancellation by Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de!
If we have information on hand, that a supplier is not able to fulfill the services ordered, we reserve the right to cancel our agreements/reservations with this Agency. We do not take any liability neither physical nor material nor financial, if a confirmed reservation is changed, altered or cancelled by the customer directly with the supplier.
Car Rentals
The rental company is only bound by a reservation after agreeing to it and upon payment of a deposit of at least 30% of the rental fee. In the event of cancellation, the rental company retains the deposit, even in cases of force majeure. If cancellation occurs 8 to 10 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental fee will be charged, and 100% if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period, the rental fee thereby becoming due in its entirety.
The rental fee is payable in advance and all payments are due in cash. Any late payment will automatically entail the charge of an interest rate of 1% per month as well as a compensation payment equal to 15% of the main amount due.
By giving a credit card number, the renter thereby authorizes the rental company to charge all amounts arising from the contract or from events occurring during the contract, such as damage, cost of repairs, immobilization, fines etc.Only those persons aged 25 years or over, covered by the contract and holding a valid drivers license for an uninterrupted period of at least 5 years are authorized to drive the rental vehicle.
Complaints
All concerns a customer may have, he must report immediately to the supplier of the providing services. E. g. each and every disturbance, breakdown or other problem with the rental car/yacht/villa or any other service booked through Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de!
This information will enable the supplier to an instant support and/or repair before any damage will occur.A customer will not be eligible for compensation, if he did not follow this obligation. If the supplier is not able to solve the problem right on the spot, he should sign a report for the customer describing the defect. This will be proof for later disputes.
Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! Be held liable for any mechanical breakdown, service level or error made by Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! or its suppliers.
Dreams2Rent.com / Dreams4Rent.de! is not liable for any agreement directly made between the Customer and the Rental Company.
