Additional Details
The property is fitted with air conditioning and floor heating in every bathroom. Each bedroom has a television, CD player, telephone and hair dryer. The villa is fitted with wireless access to the computer network and ISDN Internet access (access included in the rent). Parking for 6 cars. Included in price: 2 hours daily cleaning and end of rental cleaning (7 hours for one week, 14 hours for two weeks and 20 hours for three or more weeks). Extra cleaning hours are charged 20 euros per hour. Bed linen is changed once per week; if daily change is required linen rental will be charged to the tenant. The security system includes motion detectors in every room, CCTV cameras around the property perimeter with 24/7 video recorder and infrared perimeter barrier around the property.
