The villa is located on the outskirts of St Tropez in the secluded Parc de la Moutte, a closed park with 24 hour security. The park, set in a mature woodland area, has on site facilities such as two tennis courts and a heated swimming pool situated on the beach, only 5 minutes away by foot.
Description
This delightful neo Provençal villa has a stylish 70s feel about the it. It has wonderful seated and cushioned freeform terraces along one side of the house overlooking the pool area and a lovely outside dining area. Inside the two lounges offer alternative informal relaxation one in the style of an amphitheatre and the other being entirely freeform with long cushioned bench seating. Outside is a swimming pool of 12x6 m, surrounded by a terrace with a teak dining table and teak sun loungers.
